A proactive online educational and recovery program that employs our risk management process to assist members in minimizing the risk of becoming an identity theft victim. The Awareness and Prevention modules are focused on education. The Recovery and Insurance modules are focused on the recovery process in the event that a member experiences an identity theft event.

The Awareness Module is the cornerstone of this process.
Focus: Make members aware and informed of the risks and exposures associated with an identity theft event. Making them no longer at the total mercy of any would be identity theft criminal Provide members with the education that they need to assist them in protecting their good name and identity.

The Prevention Module is the foundation of the process.
Focus: To provide members with easy to understand and implement tips and techniques that will assist them in minimizing the risk of becoming an identity theft victim. In less then 30 minutes per month, a member is kept informed and shown how to minimize the risk of an identity theft event happening to them.

The Recovery Module assists members who are victims.
Focus: Educating members on who to contact, when to contact them and what to say in order to make the identity theft incident easier to manage. The goal is to make the nightmare of identity theft, more like just a bad dream.

The Insurance Module provides financial assistance to members who are victims.
Focus: Lessen the financial affects of the frustrating , time consuming and expensive process of members restoring member’s good name and good credit. This coverage is to the limit of coverage terms, subject to a dollar deductible (if any) for identity restoration costs, legal defense expenses, and lost wages. Limits vary depending on products chosen.

The Computer Protection Plan^SM assists with computer virus or physical computer damage.
Focus: To educate members about their personal computer and provides coverage for computer virus and physical damage. It pays the insured for loss, excess of any applicable deductible, resulting from a computer virus attack, first occurring during the policy period and reported within 6 months of the computer virus attack first occurring.
